The Athens Rock Lobsters are proud to host Stick It To Cancer Night on Saturday, March 21st. This special event is dedicated to raising awareness and funds for cancer research while bringing the community together for an unforgettable evening. Players will wear special jerseys, with proceeds going to local cancer research and patient support programs. The game will feature survivor stories, special guests, and moments that remind everyone why this cause hits close to home for so many.
For every ticket purchased through this link, $5 will be allocated to UCBC Cares.
The Rock Lobsters will take the ice in exclusive Stick It to Cancer specialty jerseys, worn during the game and then auctioned off afterward. A portion of the proceeds will directly support the UCBC Cares Foundation and the work we do for local patients.
After the final horn and jersey auction, fans are invited onto the ice to paint the name of a loved one — in honor, remembrance, or celebration of someone impacted by cancer. It’s a powerful community moment that brings the whole arena together for healing and hope.
